Infrastructure Software Sector Down, But Not Out

Updata Advisors has published its Infrastructure Software M&A Update for Q3 2008 – Q2 2009. The sector is beginning to show signs of a return to a more normal market after a particularly weak 12-month period. Bright spots have included 14 deals in Q2, representing increased deal volume for second consecutive quarter, ballooning deal value and expectations of growth throughout the economy and specifically within infrastructure.
